Refund Policy for Online Courses

Eligibility for Refund:

- Refunds are available if you are not satisfied with the course content and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

Non-refundable Situations:

- Courses purchased during sales or promotional periods.
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

Software Purchases:

- Cancellations are not permitted once the software has been purchased, downloaded, or activated.

Online Courses:

- Courses can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
